Full Planning and Coordination
Includes all Partial Coordination Services, in addition to:
· Develop overall vision, design and color schemes
· Schedule and accompany client to all vendor meetings and venues
· Assist in choosing, ordering and reviewing all stationary items
· Design ceremony elements: sequence, music, readings, etc.
· Devise floor plan and help with seating arrangement for reception
Gold:
Partial Planning and Coordination
Includes all Day of Coordination, in addition to:
· Develop and track master checklist
· Provide etiquette and time line structure
· Develop and track wedding budget
· Confirm vendor availability
· Set up vendor meetings
· Track vendor payments
Silver:
Weekend Planning and Coordination
· Contact guests who have not responded to RSVP
· Contact all vendors to secure and finalize details
· Generate weekend schedule for wedding party and vendors
· Coordination of wedding rehearsal
· Confirm all vendor arrivals
· Oversee the set up/break down ceremony
· Coordinate processional, recessional and the couples exit
· Organize appropriate family/friends for photographs
· Pack and/or transfer possessions from ceremony to reception
· Oversee the set up reception to your standards
· Manage and distribute vendor payments and gratuities
Flair for Events offers hourly design services to custom design and produce your event details.
$50 per hour.

Flair for Events understands that not every client needs all the services listed in our packages. For that reason, we do offer hourly consultation services that will give you the opportunity to get advice on the direction, and planning process for your special event. $50 per hour.
